Our process starts with a thorough assessment of strength, speed, power, biomechanics, and coordination to shape a personalized plan for one-on-one or small group sessions. Each program is carefully designed to optimize performance gains. We also provide detailed nutrition evaluations to align with individual goals, followed by implementation sessions to support lasting results
Each athlete has an individual assessment done prior to starting. This is an opportunity to find their specific strength and areas that can gain improvement.
We offer individual training sessions. This is one on one and works well for very specific training goals.
We offer small group training that is limited to 2 or 3 athletes. This is perfect for teams and athletes at the same level of fitness and same overall goals.

Jim and Jamie launched their careers in athletics after earning their Bachelor's degrees in Athletic Training. Driven by a passion for working with active individuals and a commitment to healthcare, they both pursued careers as Doctors of Physical Therapy. Over the years, they’ve collaborated with numerous high schools to create and implement impactful strength and conditioning programs within their communities.
